lovely staffamazing showers
the shower amenities smelled lovely! the kettle with tea in the room was convenient, it made for a good morning ritual. i appreciated the filter coffee always brewing in reception, it offered a warm welcome anytime.
The spacious double room did have a slight echo. It was noticeable at times!

convenient locationstreet noisecramped room
the location was super convenient for getting to paddington station. it made traveling much easier for me.
My "cosy double" room felt cramped. I could barely move around with my luggage. the noise from the street was persistent all night. it was difficult to sleep with constant traffic and sirens. the small window offered very little natural light. i felt quite claustrophobic .

the location of the hotel was good. i found it close to a bus stop. hyde park was easy to reach too. the bed was comfortable, i had no problems sleeping.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear neighbours coming and going. the cleaning lady made noise early too. the room felt small.
