i appreciated the clean environment. i also found the location near paddington station useful. there were complimentary items available like fruits, coffee, and tea.
Hot water took a long time to arrive each time i wanted a shower. It was terrible. the team did not have a solution despite being contacted twice at night. breakfast was too expensive. two toasts and scrambled eggs cost £18.

the location proved very convenient near Paddington station. Hyde park was also quite accessible from there. The room itself was clean with modern features. The staff members i encountered were friendly and quite helpful .
the limited number of available sockets in the room was a minor inconvenience.

lovely staffamazing showers
the shower amenities smelled lovely! the kettle with tea in the room was convenient, it made for a good morning ritual. i appreciated the filter coffee always brewing in reception, it offered a warm welcome anytime.
The spacious double room did have a slight echo. It was noticeable at times!

the location was super convenient for getting to paddington station. it made traveling much easier for me.
My "cosy double" room felt cramped. I could barely move around with my luggage. the noise from the street was persistent all night. it was difficult to sleep with constant traffic and sirens. the small window offered very little natural light. i felt quite claustrophobic .

the location of the hotel was good. i found it close to a bus stop. hyde park was easy to reach too. the bed was comfortable, i had no problems sleeping.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear neighbours coming and going. the cleaning lady made noise early too. the room felt small.
